Section 27 of the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Property Act, 2015 as amended mandates each procuring entity to publish on its
website, or in any other electronic format, information regarding all planned procurement activities for the following twelve (12) months after
approval of the National Budget. Notwithstanding this, please be advised that where the Ministry deems it necessary, its Annual Schedule of
Planned Procurement Activities outlined hereunder, may be updated from time to time during the fiscal year.
