Anyone seeking information on how to reduce disaster risk or wishing to be educated about or trained to respond appropriately to, various hazards can call or visit the office of Senior Disaster Management Coordinator at the Ministry of Rural Development and Local Government, or the Disaster Management Unit of the Municipal Corporation.

Persons needing assistance as a result of the impact of a hazard can call or visit the office of Disaster Management Unit of the Municipal Corporation.
